what I love the most about Accor are the standards that all the hotels keep with the service they provide. the room is comfortable, clean and exactly what you need for a city break. the food varies drastically from one hotel to another, being Novotel my favourite for snacks and Pullman for breakfast choice. I highly recommend Accor hotels for location, service and price overall.

The available parking is a few minutes walk to the hotel. If you have suitcases or families with infants/children, I'd suggest you do the drop off before you park your car at Kings Dock Car Park, fee is £18/24hr. At the moment, the nearest pay and display and Waterfront car park that next to the hotel is only open for permit users and contractors only. Front desk receptionist was very friendly. I had pre-checked in the room 2 days before my arrival. The key cards was ready for us upon arrival. The view from the room looking at the Royal Albert Dock and Wheel of Liverpool was mesmerizing! Cleanliness in the room can be improved. It was so dusty you can find on the interior surfaces and the back of the sliding door that has not been cleaned. The bedding and pillows were very comfy. Breakfast quality was average. Hotel situated in a good location, walking distance to the tourist museums and attractions places. Overall, I'm satisfied with my recent experience at Pullman Liverpool.
