Had a good experience purchasing and being delivered a much needed home monitor early on in the pandemic. The product was great quality and the price options were diverse. It took rather a long time to get the cash back approved - about a year, hence the 4 star rating. But in the end, the cash back came through and we are still very happy with the purchase.
