What are the main reasons why my cashback doesn’t work?

There are 2 rules for getting cashback wtih Budgey.

• It is essential that you only navigate on Budgey and the retailer’s webpage when you activate the cashback and place your order. By simultaneously navigating on other sites, you take the risk of not receiving your Cashback.
• Cashback exists thanks to cookies. Without cookies, there's no cashback. It's important not to use ad blockers like AdBlock, which can interfere with cookie storage.

⚠️ Please note that you cannot get cashback on a purchase that has already been made. You must activate your cashback BEFORE making any purchases. Don't forget to use Budgey and activate your cashback before each purchase.
