My referral signed up but I still haven’t received my bonus, why?

There are two possible reasons:

1. Your sponsored friend has not yet validated his/her 1st cashback.
   Your referral bonus remains "on hold" until your referral has earned his or her first cashback.

Credits validated by customer service do not count as having a validated cashback for referrals.

1. Your friend did not use your link to create their Widilo account, so their account is not linked to yours.
   Unfortunately, we cannot link a member who is already registered to another account to indicate him/her as a "sponsor".
