• Your gift card encountered a technical issue during its generation.

• Your gift card faced a stock issue, making it unavailable.

No worries! In these cases, we guarantee either:

• A full refund of your order (your order and the associated cashback will be canceled).

• A refund for the git cards that couldn't be generated (your order will still be validated, but the cashback will be recalculated accordingly).
