How do I save an email in PDF format?

Need to send an email in PDF format to our customer service team? Don't worry, it's easy!
Follow the steps below one by one, according to the device you're using.

From your computer

1. Open the e-mail from your web browser

2. Click on “Print” (printer icon) 🖨️

3. In the print dialog box, you'll find a “PDF” button next to the “Cancel” and “Print” buttons. Click on “PDF” > select “Save as PDF”.

4. Click on “Save” and choose a location for the file.

From your Apple device

1. Open the e-mail on your Apple mobile

2. Click on the ⬅ arrow at the bottom of the screen.

3. Click on “Print” (printer icon) 🖨️ in the drop-down menu at the bottom.

4. In the print dialog box, click on the save icon at top right. It's a square with an arrow pointing up ⬆️. Select “Save to Files”.

5. Click on “Save”.

From your Android device

1. Open the e-mail from your Android phone

2. Click on the three dots (top right menu)

3. Click on “Print” (printer icon) 🖨️

4. In the print dialog box, select “Save as PDF”.

5. Click on “Save” and choose a file location.
