When you activate cashback, we place a small file called "cookie" on your browser. This file indicates to the merchant that you come from Budgey. Therefore, your browser must:
Not block cookies
Accept third-party cookies and cross-site tracking
Not use an Adblock-type ad blocker
On Microsoft Edge, here are the settings:
Launch Microsoft Edge
Access the Settings option via the top right menu (three-dotted button)
In the Authorisation tab of the site, go to Cookies and site data
Check that you:
Allow sites to save and read cookie data
Do not block third-party cookies
In the Privacy and services tab, turn off the Tracking prevention toggle switch.
Go to the Extensions settings via the top right men (three-dotted button)
Disable your ad blockers (Adblock, Adblock Plus, uBlock, Ghostery etc...)
But don’t deactivate the Budgey cashback Reminder extension 😉
