I reached a goal, but it isn't showing yet

You've reached a goal in the app, but it isn't showing on the offer page yet? Just like the install, each goal is first detected by the app's publisher, then passed on to our partner, who lets us know. This takes a little time.

Usual timings

A goal is usually recorded quickly, but it can take up to 24 hours. For "Purchase required" goals, the purchase first has to be confirmed by the App Store or Google Play Store, which can take slightly longer.

Once the goal has been recorded, the matching 🍌 appear with the status "pending". That's normal: see Why are my 🍌 pending, and when will they be confirmed?

Before you worry, check the following

• Is the goal part of "Your journey"? These goals are validated in order: if you haven't reached the previous goal, the next one can't be counted.

• Did the goal have a deadline? Some goals need to be reached within a set time after installing (sometimes by the next day). The deadline is shown on the offer page.

• Is the offer still active? Goals reached after the offer has expired aren't rewarded.

• Did you reach the goal exactly as described? For example, "reach level 10" means completing level 10, not just getting to it.

Still nothing after 24 hours?

If you've checked all of the above and the goal still isn't showing, you can make a claim directly from the offer page. Everything is explained in How do I make a claim?
